Quick and Easy
Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

Pudding
  • long life double chocolate 2B
  • 4tsp corn flour
  • 4tsp sugar
  • 100ml Baladna whipping cream
  • 2tsp sugar

How it's made!

1. In a small bowl, mix together the corn flour and 4 tsp of sugar.

2. In a saucepan, bring the Baladna whipping cream and 2 tsp of sugar to a boil over medium heat.

3. Slowly add the corn flour mixture to the boiling cream, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.

4. Reduce the heat to low and continue stirring for a few more minutes, until the mixture thickens.

5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and set aside to cool. 

6. Once the mixture has cooled, stir in the double chocolate chips until they are fully incorporated.

7. Pour the mixture into a small container or dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until it has set. 

8. Once the mixture has set, slice it into small squares or shapes and serve.
